Before You Order
How much is shipping?
We never charge extra for shipping in the USA. Shipping costs are included in the sales price of each book. For orders outside the USA, the necessary extra postage is applied at checkout — and if you order a lighter-weight book, we will refund any postage difference.
How are bulk orders handled?
Bulk orders are any quantity of 10 or more. Enter a quantity of 10 or more on a single item in your cart and your 10% discount is calculated automatically.

How do I pay?
You may pay with your credit or debit card; WooCommerce securely handles our payment processing. If you prefer PayPal, it remains available at checkout.
